Important Downloads: 5-on-5 Basketball Flyer 5-on-5 Basketball Registration Form SECOND ANNUAL BASKETBALL CLINIC & 5 on 5 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT Saturday June 26th & Sunday 27th 11:00am-9:30pm Faith Church, 897 Philip (at the corner of Jefferson & Philip) Basketball Clinic: Saturday 11:00am - 2:00pm Detroit Public School, Hall of Fame Basketball Coach, Benny White, will provide instructions on the fundamentals of basketball such as dribbling, jump-shots, lay-ups and shooting form. Basketball Tournaments: Saturday 4:30pm - 10:00pm (Division 1 &2); Sunday 4:30pm - 7:00pm (Division 3) Young adults will participate in teams of 5 (no more than 8 players per team), for two ten minutes halves with a running shot clock and a two minute half-time. Teams are encouraged to pre-register to ensure spots. Walk-in registration is available from 3:00pm to 4:00. The winning teams will receive trophies after each division's final game. Tournament Divisions: Ages: Play Time: Division 1: (13 thru 16) 4:30 pm- 7:00 SATURDAY Division 2: (17 thru 20) 7:30pm - 10:00 SATURDAY Division 3: (21 thru 24) 4:30 pm- 7:00pm SUNDAY *Young adults will need written permission from a guardian.
